This hand-signed traditional Naruko Kokeshi is crafted from solid Mizuki wood (dogwood) and belongs to the iconic Naruko school from the Miyagi prefecture in Northern Japan. This particular specimen was exact dated to July 29, 1976, and was handmade by the renowned Kokeshi master Hikoji Sato.
