Belgian Dragon Pot from the early 1900s
Price: €129
This special decorative pot comes from Belgium and has a strong old European appearance. The object is made of cast artificial stone or a similar stone-like composite and bears cast markings, including DR. POSE and LINCEP. This points to a registered model or factory production from the early 20th century. The pot is richly decorated with expressive masks, ornate handles, and a lid with multiple faces. Thanks to the dark patina, the heavy material, and the classic shape, this object fits beautifully into an eclectic, classic, or atmospheric interior. Despite its age of over 100 years, the object still looks good. However, normal signs of age are present. Here and there, a prominent detail, such as a nose or relief section, has become slightly flatter due to wear. This is consistent with its age and actually gives the piece character. A distinctive Belgian decorative object with history, presence, and a very unique character. Beautiful as an eye-catcher on a cabinet, table, fireplace unit, or in a collection of old European interior pieces.
